I love spices and herbs.
In summer, both terrace and greenhouse are full of oregano, basil, sage, rosemary and parsley. I grow dill and chives in the open air in a sunny spot, I've had the chives there for years.
We eat herbs on almost any food and it gives the food that certain something which is beyond compare.

Homemade paprika powder is easy to make and tastes great. Adds either sweetness or pungency to your dish depending whether you make it only with bell peppers or add chilli.
