This is my personal blog on sustainability, climate challenges, nature and life in general.
I am the mother of three sporty and healthy teenage boys aged 17, 16 and 13 and married to Sigurd. We live in Mid Jutland, Denmark and live quite an ordinary life, with work, school, sports and are both heavily involved as volunteers in local clubs and associations.
However, am ME – a great lover of life and nature, still having the ability to wonder. When not working – which I do a lot – it’s in our garden and in nature I de-stress. Also eating good food accompanied by red wine with our wonderful friends and neighbors is something I highly appreciate. Way to little the last years, due to too much work and too much Covid-19.
Corona virus, repeating lockdowns and a lot of climate talk in recent years, are some of the reasons for this blog.
How do I stay healthy the rest of my life? What kind of World am I passing on to my children and future generations? Can I actively contribute to a greener and more sustainable future by making small changes in my everyday life?
There’s a lack of serious and dedicated blogs about the way we live, the consequences and the impact our choices have on our planet. Can we make significant changes without spending loads of money and completely changing our lives? I will try to explore this, as I make the journey to a hopefully healthier and more sustainable and climate-friendly life.
I hope you want to come along, or make your own journey into a more sustainable future.
