This mix for e.g. rye bread consists of lots of seeds and grains. The mix is balanced in order to get a tasty but also very healthy and stomach filling rye bread, full of vitamins and fibres. Daish rye bread is a basic element of good food and when you want to eat healthy. Rye bread tops the Danish food pyramid and is a basic ingredient in Danish Cuisine (e.g. open top sandwiches).
The seed mix will do for at least 10 large loaves.

Ingredients:
500 g cracked wheat
500 g cracked rye
500 g pumpkin seed
500 g flax seed
500 g hemp seed
Optional:
500 g sunflower seed
500 g sesame seed
Method:
Pour all seeds in the bowls and mix them well with clean hands
