A very tasty Danish rye bread full of grains and seeds. Gives you that full feeling for a long time. The rye bread is very easy to make, however very time consuming. Mix all ingredients and let time do the rest!

Utensils:
Stand mixer or large mixing bowl
2 bread pans
Pan spoon
Dough scraper
Ingredients:
5 dl surdough
8 dl seed mix
8 dl water
4 dl fine rye flour
4 dl wheat flour
2 tbsp. malt syrup
2 tbsp. salt
Gravy colour – to add some colour
Method:
Pour the sourdough into a large mixing bowl
Add seed mix
Add the water and mix well – by hand or with a mixer
Add malt syrup
Add salt and gravy browner
Add flour gradually
Cover the dough and let it proof for 8-12 hours
Mix the dough well before pouring it into the bread pans
Cover the bread pans with plastic wrap and proof again for 2 hours
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 1 time og 15 min.
Take both loaves out of the oven and place them on a wire rack
After 10-15 mins. carefully release the bread from pans and let them cool off turned upside down
